Standard Delivery timescales

UK: Royal Mail - 1 to 3 working days. Courier - next working day.*

European Union: Royal Mail - 3 to 5 working days. Courier - 1 to 3 working days.

Rest of the world: Royal Mail - 5 to 10 working days. Courier - 3 to 5 working days (subject to customs clearance).

We aim to dispatch all Royal Mail orders within 3 working days (assuming stock is available). 
*All courier orders are dispatched the day after the order is placed.

If your order is urgent, please leave a comment at checkout for same day dispatch or call us on 01865 727746 (your order needs to be placed before 12pm for courier and 4pm for Royal Mail, otherwise it will be shipped next working day).

In the case of special order products designed to individual customer specifications, a delay may apply to allow for production of the item. This will be stated in the individual product description, where applicable.

We are unable to make any dispatches during weekends and over Bank Holidays.

Delivery destinations served

Orders can be delivered throughout the United Kingdom (including the Channel Islands), European Union, United States, Canada, Australia, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Japan, and many other international locations. If your country is not on the list of available destinations please contact us and we'll try to help.

Please note: Courier, special and all international delivery must be signed for at the delivery address. If you are unlikely to be home please choose a different delivery address.

Orders for delivery outside of the UK may be subject to customs charges. 

Delivery charges

Carriage charges are based on total order weight, destination, and class of service selected. Customers may choose from standard delivery (via Royal Mail in the UK / Airmail overseas) or the faster but more expensive, private courier option which is trackable and requires a signature upon delivery.

Royal Mail domestic delivery can only be used for orders that weight less than 5kg. When an order exceeds 5kg, a courier option is automatically applied to an order.

Shipping to UK via Royal Mail is free of charge (for orders under 5kg).
Prices for the UK start at £7.88 for courier.
Prices for Europe start at £8.80 for Royal Mail and £12 for courier.
Prices for the USA and Canada start at £9.90 for Royal Mail and £14.50 for courier.
Prices for the rest of the world start at £10.25 for Royal Mail and £20 for courier.


Application of delivery charges in the basket

For unregistered customers, initially, your basket will be shown without delivery charges applied. However, during the checkout process you will be given the opportunity to specify your order's delivery destination. This information will then allow us to calculate the appropriate delivery charge to apply to your order.

Registered customers with a single 'fixed' delivery address should see their charges calculated (and re-calculated as items are added / removed) from the outset.

Those registered customers without a single allowed delivery address will need to specify the destination of their order at the start of the checkout process in order to see their delivery charges applied in the basket.

N.B: Please note that where multiple delivery options exist for a destination, delivery charges may not in fact be calculated until the point of delivery method selection during the checkout process.

Specifying a different address for delivery

If you require the dispatch of your order to an address other than the billing / cardholder's address, simply specify that your delivery address will be different from your billing address at the start of the checkout process and you will be offered the opportunity to enter / select the alternative details later in the process.

Customs For Non UK Deliveries

If your delivery address is outside of the UK then any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact the local customs office for further information if you have concerns.

When ordering from, you're considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the goods will be received.

Customs authorities require us to state the value of the items on the parcel; this also applies to packages labelled as ‘gift/s’.

Please note: Cross-border deliveries can be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Order tracking

Orders dispatched by private courier and all international Royal Mail deliveries are traceable. Online tracking details are supplied via email once the order has been dispatched.

What to do if your order fails to arrive

If you order fails to arrive please check the tracking information with the service provider to see if the goods are still in transit or that the package is not being held at your local post / sorting office.

If they are unable to locate or deliver the item please contact us with the shipping details we will be happy to assist in sending a replacement while our investigations into the whereabouts of your parcel continue.

Overseas packages: Packages sent overseas via Airmail are dispatched within the UK and then passed over to the country's regular postal system. Please allow 25 days from the date of dispatch for the package to arrive.

If this time elapses and the goods do not arrive, please contact your local post / sorting office to check that no goods are being held.
