Green lit for speed record

Door to door in under 10 minutes I’m lucky with my commute to work. It’s hardly a commute at all - just under three miles and pretty much downhill the whole way. The only issue is traffic lights; seven sets door to door, each with the capacity to break the ride and force a restart. But this morning something was different. As I approached each of the first five lights they turned green. *That. Never. Happens.* The sixth may have been an orangey shade, I’ll admit, but by that point I had something to lose. A new PB is an awesome way to start the day.
