Returning unwanted items

Christmas Returns - All items purchased from the 1st November - 31st of December 2014 will be eligible for a return or exchange before 31st January 2015.

If you are not happy with an item you bought online, you can return it to us provided it is in its original condition (clothes not worn or washed, packages unopened).

Refunds for correctly delivered and undamaged items are available within 28 days of the goods' receipt. In the case of special orders made to individual customer specifications (personalised or custom products), we regret that we are unable to offer a refund, except in the case of faulty goods (see section below for exchanges).

Please complete the returns form enclosed with the order, wrap the package securely and send it to:

We recommend the use of a recorded-delivery service, for your own protection, since we cannot be held responsible for any returned goods that arrive damaged, or are lost in transit without proof of our receipt.

Exchanging an item

If you would like an exchange for an unsuitable item, you can return it to us provided you are in the UK and it is in its original condition (clothes not worn or washed, packages unopened). International customers please return your original order to us for a refund and place a new order on the site.

Exchanges for correctly delivered and undamaged items are available within 28 days of the goods' receipt.

Please note: You will be responsible for both the costs of returning the goods to us and the outward delivery charge for the replacement item, unless we delivered the item to you in error or it is faulty (see section below for faulty/damaged products).

If you want a replacement to be sent to you, you will have to contact us on +44 (0)1865 727746 and provide your card details for the payment of the outward delivery charge.

 

Wrong item received, damaged or faulty products

If we have delivered the wrong item to you or the product is faulty, please contact us before sending back any product. We will advise you on the procedure to follow to receive a replacement.

Return periods

Refunds and exchanges are offered within 28 days of the goods' receipt. In the case of special orders made to individual customer specifications, we regret that we are unable to offer a refund, except in the case of faulty goods.

When returning your purchase, please allow up to 4 weeks from the day the parcel is posted for your refund to be processed or your replacement to be despatched (particularly in the case of overseas shipments). We will send a replacement (provided the item is in stock) or process any refunds within 7 days of receiving your parcel. It may take up to 7 days for the refund to show on your bank statement. You will receive by email an order update to let you know of any despatch or refund completion.

 

Undeliverable packages

A full refund, excluding delivery charges, will be issued if a package could not be delivered and is returned to us. A package may be 'undeliverable' because the address provided was incorrect or, following a failed delivery attempt, it has not been collected from the local collection office and has subsequently been returned to sender.

If you would still like to purchase those products, you're welcome to place a new order.

 

Oxford furniture

Due to the nature of the products, a special return policy applies on the Oxford furniture. Please contact us via the enquiries button for details of our return policy on these products.
