On leaving the City of Oxford school, Ken Messer went into accountancy, leaving after six years to fly all over the world with B.O.A.C. for eight years. A motor accident cut short his flying career and after work as a designer for a publishing company, he turned his hand to watercolours. Ken has had work hung in the 'Royal Institute of Painters in Watercolours' annual open exhibitions at the Mall galleries and prints of his work produced by three publishers.
