Lincoln College

Lincoln College, dating back to 1427, is the second oldest of the Turl Street Colleges, located at the heart of Oxford and adjacent to its friendly rival, Brasenose College, at the rear.

One of the University of Oxford's more famous establishments, Lincoln College has endured financial troubles since its foundation by Richard Fleming, the Bishop of Lincoln. Only through the dedication of its students and fellows has Lincoln College survived, and it now thrives as one of the University of Oxford's most unspoilt legacies.
