All Souls College
All Souls College, or The College of All Souls of the Faithful Departed, to give its full title, is a postgraduate only college dedicated to academic research. The college was founded in 1438 by Henry VI and the then Archbishop of Canterbury, Henry Chichele, himself a fellow of New College. All Souls is situated to the East side of Radcliffe Square in what may be regarded as the heart of the University of Oxford.
