Glowing photography...

…if I do say so myself!

One of our new online products from Oxford University Museum of Natural History is a rather cool glow-in-the-dark dinosaur, and although it’s great fun to play with, it’s not so much fun to try and photograph! But with a bit of camera trickery and some fiddling in Photoshop I think I managed to get the intended effect!

Once upon a time I used to sell these little fellas to excited school children in the OUM gift shop who tried to cup them in their hands to see if they could make it dark enough for them to glow under the museum’s glass roof; I never imagined that one day I’d be trying to create an image of the effect!
