No student stereotypes please!

Oxford students tend to be stereotyped rather a lot, but after spending this week at Fresher's Fair I can honestly say that there's certainly no such thing as the stereotypical Oxford student; a more diverse group I've never seen!

A wander around the student clubs and societies stands demonstrates the vast range of interests, hobbies and activities required to entertain and amuse such a group as this, with everything from Aikido to Zeitgeist on offer. Age, colour, creed, fashion, style, personality; all are hugely varied. I think the only common denominator is that they all have the ability and aptitude in their chosen field to equip them with what it takes to get into Oxford.

Good luck and welcome to this year's group!
